I need plans to build part of a sand rail?

my cousin and I decided we wanted to create something and we agreed on a sandy lane. we plans in just the structure. it needs to adapt to 4 seats. I just want notkits plans only plans we have all the things we only have plans to go for thanks

When I built mine, I started with a tandem under 300.00 $ Pipe kit California I found on the internet and just keeps adding up I was happy. It is street legal and it was great. 4 seats mine, now!
