How do I remove spray paint black vinyl / leather on a motorcycle?

My boyfriend was a scooter repainted with purple spray paint …. and error has on some spray on black vinyl / leather looking back into the bucket and the rear seat is in and we can not find a way to lose it without removing the color black … What would you suggest …. can not find anywhere Lacker thinner so far … The scooter must end this morning .. please help.

On the oils in the vinyl / leather and paint to slide with the help of elbow grease. Use a clothes steamer and perhaps personal a bit of WD40. After it is clean again put more oil on the skin with anything.
