Scooters 250cc
If I were to buy a 250cc scooter, could be on the road? Classify it as a motorcycle?
It has a maximum speed of 85 mph, is classified as a scooter engine straddleing not, can be two people, has lights, etc. for road travel legal.
in Arkansas or Missouri, anything larger than a 50 cc motorcycle, must be licensed and insured as a motorcycle and you have to have a motorcycle endorsement on your driver's license to drive on that road. no less than 50 cc is considered a bike (for all purposes )…. no license, no insurance, no approval.
