Is there a way to get to San Diego, Huntington Beach without the use of the highway?

And if there is, approximately, how long it takes to reach Huntington Beach San Diego. The reason being is because I have a scooter and does not go 80. Approximately how far is Camp Pendleton in Oceanside on I-5?

You can take PCH all the way to San Clemente and then pick the bike path at the end of El Camino Real (PCH turns into El Camino Real).
