Red bumps everywhere!?

I live in Florida. I think I should say this could help. I feel out of a motorcycle, but I scratch knees and elbows, bad. Do not think it has anything to do with this tho. I was at a hotel in Key West, when I began to realize these grain looking things in my thighs. They had a cat with them. I put calamine lotion on them. They are very itchy, but the pain in my legs to itch. I was looking to get my legs were not but, except itchy rash that damage to zero. look like insect bites, but many did not think possible. Now I'm starting to get hits red all over my arms and my stomach, face, everywhere. Except in my face not so visible that you can feel the Tho complexion. I do not want to spend much money on a doctor. What are these shocks? How do I get rid of them? PS I've never had chickenpox
