Can you drive an electric or GasMoped scooters without a license in Queensland?

Hello What is Queensland? If you are Canada anywhere you can ride a limited speed (32 km / hr tops) Electric scooter without a license or insurance. Must have pedals, use them or not, as it classified as an electric bicycle. This also means that you can park anywhere a bicycle would be parked, and can be mounted anywhere on bike go.
