What do gas or electric powered scooters or bikes …?

I know I do, but … (First I have 12 almost 13 and need a means of transportation.) They do street legal bikes scootrs or you do not have to be 16 or older to operate on the open road … please help I've done the research and kept gettin down when i see "must be 16 years of age to use this scooter" I prefer electric. i want only money options is not a problem. (Incidentally I am not a child rich brats i work 5 dollars an hour with my dad so I have to work if I want things.)

In most states and provinces, if you can get a learner's permit (usually around age 14), you can use a scooter has a 50cc engine or less.
