The manufacturer is a sub-contractor in China, the low bidder. This year’s production may be a different manufacturer than next years.

But if you check in Google that address is a single family house in a residential suburb, and the local paper:

that house belongs to one Brian A. Stevens, 9660 Jadlos Drive, a laborer, got a marriage license to wed Lauren E. Wortman, 2518 Beecher St., a server (waitress or bar maid?). The registrant address is, at best, a mail drop.

The contact telephone, 478-396-6796 is, according to http://phones.whitepages.com/478-396-6796 a cell phone based out of Warner Robins, GA; no where near the Ohio mail drop.

The owner of extreme-scooters.com seems to be doing a very excelent job of hiding from anyone who may have a problem with the cheap crap he sells.
