Scorpion mini helicopters?

Im about to turn 16 in few months and take a class to learn to ride, but I really do not want to buy a motorcycle yet. I've been looking at the Scorpion mini helicopters only to ride around the area for fun. They are street legal, but do not know about the brand Scorpion. Does anyone know about the Scorpion brand or a good cheap mini chopper that at least a 200cc or 250cc?

About 200 cc mark Mini Choppers are all same if you just do a search for "200 cc mini choppers" was found 9 or 10 sites about to buy from $ 1,150 to $ 1,800 and they are exactly the same bike, I just bought one for $ 1,389 then found another pair cheaper than a hundred But all you really can shop the price of them even used the same photos in their ads, but said and done they are fun, but count on not being able to repair parts n reality, not a toy, whether those things run about 80 mph
