What should I do with a 5.0 Mustang engine and transmission?

How do I built a 5.0 Mustang engine. I was thinking train sand or something. What would be a sick and fun to build. I know how to weld, and other things. So I have no money without end. Any ideas what would be a first draft of patients.

Classic Mustang coupes are still quite affordable and make great hotrods or Foxbody a 79-93 would be a project fun .. or even an old Jeep or Bronco ..
