Street Legal Dune Buggy

I am thinking of buying a car when you turn 16 next year, but I found Some all-terrain vehicles or dune buggies or something … some had two-wheel drive and 4. I am wanting to know if anyone knows if I can buy one that is legal anywhere on the street. No cars, trucks, vans or PS if you do not have the following, its not street legal … head lights, taillights, turn signals, horn, belts security, etc.

You become one with the things that are above street legal, but why bother because within the next ten years laws going to be making it illegal to drive vehicles on the road without airbags and electronic stability control.
