How can an electric scooter "street legal" and only go 30 mph without a license?
Scooters say I'm confused are electric street legal and require no license. So where I can ride? I do not think you can ride in traffic without a license and can only go up to 30 miles per hour so how does that work? I was hoping to get one for travel. means exactly what the street legal? I'm in Florida

Make sure you can return the car and get all your money back if they lie to you. In Florida, a motorcycle is a motor vehicle. A moped is not a motor vehicle. However, a moped must have pedals capable of propelling the bicycle, otherwise it is a motorcycle. An electric scooter is not capable of be pedaling a bike. A post in electric scooter is a motor vehicle. All motor vehicles must be registered, including electric motorcycles. All motor vehicles and motorcycles are required to pay license taxes, including electric vehicles. A driver's license is required to operate a motor vehicle on public roads. What is all the power of the vehicle other than a power assisted pedal bicycle. At least that's what the Code Vehicles in Florida says:
