How to determine if an ATV I am thinking of buying for my son is stolen or not?
I checked the Vin # in the framework throughout the U.S. and Canada Stolen "Stolen ATV links and got nothing. But the guy who is selling only going to give me a bill of sale and has no title. This is a Suzuki Z400. Does anyone know of a place where I can check the VIN for FREE? I called the local property tax, the office of the label and do not have a link to check the VIN. I am in Florida. Thanks in advance ….
