How amazing is this house / farm sound like?
Well, my uncle, who became CEO of his company about 3 years back is the construction of this massive farm MS … How much of this cost because it is a lot of things .. has always had money, but he is doing million now … may have already paid cash for 1,000 hectares and said it would build a 3-story, 10,000 square foot brick house, 12 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, half-court indoor basketball court, gym, games room, tool shed, garage and 4-wheel ATV, 5 purebred Texas Longhorn cattle (I think 4 girls and bad), the 50-acre lake stocked with catfish, crappie, bash, and perch, a couple of trails, some deer stands (because there are deer on the land and can hunt as well) bare rack, and a 5-acre walnut orchard.
your uncle is a lucky man, I bet that the house cost about a million himself, im sure you will all
