Should I accept and Ken Griffey Kevin Youkilis for Carlos Lee?
If not, what do you say I could trade for Travis Hafner, who is owned by the same owner who offered me the trade. I really want out before the All-Star break. My team (10 team H2H league – not a rotisserie league, you get points and 4 for a HR, 3 for a triple, 2 for double, 2 SB, 10 cattle and poultry s, 2 gabled entry, etc) C – Michael Barrett 1B – Paul Konerko 2B – Brendan Harris 3b – Miguel Cabrera ss – Miguel Tejada – Carlos Lee – Hideki Matsui – or Manny Ramirez – p Troy Glaus – Daisuke Matsuzaka P – Justin Verlander p – p Jeremy Bonderman – Maine, John P – Chien-Ming Wang p – Bobby Jenks P – Bartolo Colon (start coming two weeks) Bank of BJ Upton AJ Burnett Yovani Gallardo Jorge Sosa Huston Street (2 weeks start coming) Rich Hill also Carlos Lee has shown what can be done for years. Griffey is good, but too prone to injury. Not sure if Youkilis can keep up this pace.
I do not see a reason to make this trade. Lee is likely to have the best season between him and Griffey. Youkilis would be good to add but I doubt that will continue to ask cards to a good power and probably his average drop to around 0300. You have a really good team, so I see no reason to change things when already have good players. I imagine you would be putting Youkilis at first base, but I think Konerko will have increased their average and already hitting for decent power. I think I would keep away from the trade and keep their team intact solid.
