what is needed when buying a used bike from a seller?
What is the material they need from a bicycle dealer, buying a used bike? as the title, bill of sale and more? and then what after you buy a bike? thanks
The reduction of the purchase price does not work Washington, they just use the blue book value of the taxes. More of everything you need to know the person you buy the product to appear honest. If it sounds own your home and meet him / her in it and that is also the address that appears in the title that you know to be able to find if something goes drastically wrong (As is being stolen or title is not clear tips etc) I also want to ask all maintenance records or receipts that may have parts or accessories added (Only might be able to return something defective, you never know).
