Where I can get a 49cc 50cc enduro bike or less than $ 1000?

I am looking for a 49cc 50cc enduro bike or complies with laws Georgia moped. Must be able to be street legal and I will use it to drive to school. I'm looking for less than $ 1,000 and if you add the mirrors or something so required, can be im with that. Where I can get an enduro bike like this other than ebay?
