Does anyone know if there is a law, or the requirement not to have two companies selling the same product within certian one miles of each other in Utah company ????? a company selling bbb atv sale atv brand mark, 1 miles away from each other.

No, there is no such law, and any other rule would be an unconstitutional restriction on trade. executive if the freedom to compete, and competition against such laws are unconstitutional. However, "B company brand, the manufacturer or distributor of off-road vehicles would be expected to have contracts with its dealers to prevent this type of competition.
