Do you need a special license to drive a Vespa?
I wonder if you have to get a driver's license to carry an additional type of thing Vespa.
Assuming you're talking about a scooter 150 cc or less, than almost any other scooter is classified as, you will need a Class L license As I know you can get this by taking a simple written test. These are the laws of Illinois so you should check your state, try www.dmv.org and select your state.
