Anyone know of an ATV rental facility that rents mountain biking to people under 25 in West Virginia?

IROC "Indian Ridge Off Road and Custom "were those who were going to go, but I'm too young to be 21 to rent the ATV. I'm not sure if they are afraid if the child of that age do you to break or what. It makes no sense to me. Well, I just lost a lot of business. I am hoping to find another rental center offering bike rental dirt. I'm not familiar with WV, so I hope someone point me in the right direction? In fact, we live in Virginia so that any of the neighboring states going to do.
