Used ATV to rebuild engine?

Hello, I want to buy a used ATV for plowing snow. I came across an ad on craigslist and a guy is selling your quad with engine rebuild. 1995 Polaris Explorer 350 4×4 with a key. Tire is half warn. It comes with a plow. My question is that the probability of rebuild the engine will give it to me plowing snow this year. I think the engine was recently rebuilt. Also do not have a title for the ATV, instead that has a registration card. The starting price is 2500. He said it would take 2300. The travel distance is 40 miles away from me to him. What do you think? worth the time and> money? I will use this ATV a lot This is my second year in the business of snow.! thanks

Ask where he rebuilt and call that place and see if there is no guarantee of work. Also, look around on the internet and see if the ATV rebuilt engines are good.
