Should I add distilled water or coolant or both of my quad yamaha?

My coolant is low and I can only just curious add distilled water or coolant and distilled water or just cooling? It's a Yamaha YFZ450 2007. Any information would be appreciated, I have not had to do this yet! Thanks guys! I can change oil, but almost everything else on it, just was not quite sure that one! Do you have any recommendations of refrigerant what brand should I use?

50/50 Anything on local auto parts place should work. Just make sure it is the same color as what was there. If you mix different colors, which will clog your gum and …….. radiator and BOOM!
