What happens when you put 93 octane gas in a Yamaha Blaster ATV?
I put 93 octane gas in my 2004 Yamaha Blaster and is now smoking outside motor. I do not walk over to the type of damage could cause?
Not cause any damage at all. One thing to check is that the injector Oil is working properly and the tank under the seat is filled with oil injector. It must be oil injection systems designed to petroleum oil not only premix. There is a difference in the viscosity of the oil. oil or oil premix designed to be mixed into gasoline hand does not work properly with the injection pump and could cause the engine to run extremely hot and may cause serious damage to piston rings and cylinder. If you have any questions about the pull injector the hose from the bottom of the tank nozzle and block it with a screw or something. Drain the gas from the tank and buy some good pre-mix oil. Gas Mix oil at about a 40:1 premix gas at oil and take a walk if the problem goes further mixing or take your bike to a shop and have been repaired injection system. I blasters property and mixed for a couple of years because of an injection pump not without problems. In fact work better.
